Cancellations
At any time, you may cancel your future subscription orders. Simply log into your account at piquelife.com to cancel your subscription or write to us at care@piquelife.com and we’ll take care of your request.
Subscription Policy:
By purchasing a subscription, you expressly and affirmatively agree that you will be automatically charged the recurring amount(s) shown in your cart (plus shipping and taxes) until the subscription(s) ends or you cancel.
You are agreeing to receiving repeat deliveries that are based on the item(s) and frequencies that you have selected. Your payment details will be stored securely and you’ll be charged for these future deliveries with our third party payment processor until you cancel your subscription(s). You can edit, swap, delay, or cancel your subscription at any time through your Pique account.
Customers receive a reminder email three days before their subscription order is processed to allow ample time to make adjustments. Your subscription renews automatically at approximately 3:00 AM PST on your scheduled renewal date. Changes must be made before that time. It is the customer's responsibility to manage their subscription by skipping or canceling in time. If the subscription is not managed properly and the order is processed, the customer must either accept the shipment or return it for a full refund. Customers will never be charged for a subscription that was properly skipped or canceled before the processing date.
