I Cannot Cancel My Order
If you haven't already messaged our team about your cancellation, please email us immediately at care@piquelife.com and visit: "Cancellations and Wrong Address Requests."
If your package has already processed, fulfilled, or shipped, our team is unable to reverse a shipment or intercept a delivery in the hands of USPS' services. We recommend trying to avoid cancellations before checking out by reviewing your order ahead of time, but if this is not the case, a delivery is inevitable within 3-10 business days after an order is fulfilled. Our fastest and easiest solution in these cases is to start a return for a refund. You can begin this process by issuing yourself a prepaid return label through our Returns Center, and once we receive your unwanted package, you will be refunded after 3 business days.
Important Notes:
Refunds cannot be issued before the original package has been successfully delivered back to us.
Pique cannot be responsible for unaddressed cancellation requests on inevitable deliveries made through USPS' services outside of our company's control.
