I Cannot Cancel My Order

If you haven't already messaged our team about your cancellation, please email us immediately at care@piquelife.com and visit: "Cancellations and Wrong Address Requests.

If your package has already processed, fulfilled, or shipped, our team is unable to reverse a shipment or intercept a delivery in the hands of USPS' services. We recommend trying to avoid cancellations before checking out by reviewing your order ahead of time, but if this is not the case, a delivery is inevitable within 3-10 business days after an order is fulfilled. Our fastest and easiest solution in these cases is to start a return for a refundYou can begin this process by issuing yourself a prepaid return label through our Returns Center, and once we receive your unwanted package, you will be automatically refunded upon its arrival. 

Note: Pique cannot be responsible for unaddressed cancellation requests on inevitable deliveries made through USPS' services outside of our company's control.
