How do I cancel my subscription?
- Log in to your subscription manager account. You can access this through our confirmation emails, or by logging into your account on our website and clicking SUBSCRIPTIONS.
- Click Manage Subscriptions.
- Click on the product you wish to cancel.
- Click on Cancel subscription.
- Select the reason for cancelling > Next.
- Click on No thanks - cancel subscription.
- Optional: Type the reason for cancelling.
- Click on Confirm cancellation.
NOTES:
- All subscription items must be managed individually. Please note that canceling your subscription to one product does not change or cancel the other products in your subscription.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to manage subscription and shipping details in advance. Canceling or making changes on the same day of processing WILL NOT stop an order if it has already been processed as our warehouse ships orders out quickly. This is why we send reminder emails 3 days before each processing date, with direct links to manage your subscriptions.
- To receive a refund for your subscription order, please refer to our RETURNS CENTER page to generate a prepaid return label and send the order back to us. Once the returned order has been delivered, the refund will be processed within 1–3 business days to the original payment method.
