How do I update the payment method on my subscription?
- Log in to your subscription manager account, you can access this through our confirmation emails, by logging into your account on our website. Click the “Payment Method” button on the top right corner of the page.
- Click “Add Payment Method”.
- There will be an Add payment method window. From here, you'll be able to enter the following:
- Name on Card
- Card Number
- Expiration Month / Year
- Billing address - make sure your zip code matches your bank's record
Also, make sure to tick the box that says “Update all of my subscriptions to use this payment method” and click on “Add Payment Method” at the bottom of the popup window.
Once the new card has been saved, you have the option to completely delete your old card information.
