I have a subscription but why does your website say I don’t have an account?

Placing a subscription order does not automatically create an account. After you first placed a subscription, you will receive two emails - subjects are Your Subscription Confirmation! and Customer account activation. You will have to activate your account (following the link in the email) so that you can log in in the future. Once this is done, you will receive a Customer account confirmation email.

The activation link expires after 24 hours. If you have not activated your account after this period, please message us at care@piquelife.com so we can send you an activation link.
