How do I skip a shipment?
- Log in to your subscription manager account. You can access this through our confirmation emails, or by logging into your account on our website and clicking SUBSCRIPTIONS.
- To skip your next order, click Skip.
- Confirm by clicking Yes, skip this order.
- If your shipment includes multiple items, repeat the same steps to skip each item individually.
- To skip a future shipment (not the upcoming one), click on View upcoming orders.
- Choose the desired date and click Skip.
NOTES:
- All subscription items must be managed individually. Skipping one product does not change or cancel the others in your subscription.
- Subscriptions must also be managed before the subscription processing date. Skipping on the same day when your order was processed WILL NOT stop an order if it has already been processed, which is why we send reminder emails 3 days before processing with direct links to manage your subscriptions. To make a return, please refer to our RETURN POLICY page.
