How do I skip a shipment?

  1. Log in to your subscription manager account. You can access this through our confirmation emails, or by logging into your account on our website and clicking SUBSCRIPTIONS.
  2. You have two choices, skip a certain date, or skip a certain product from the upcoming order.
    1. If you'd like to skip a certain date which includes all of the products, you can proceed with clicking Delivery Schedule.
      1. Click Skip.
      2. Confirm by clicking Yes, skip this order.
    1. If you'd like to skip a certain product only, choose the product you wish to cancel and click Edit.
  3. Confirm by clicking Yes, skip from this order. Please note that with this option, any products that are not skipped will process and ship as scheduled.

NOTES:

  • Important: If you want to skip an entire shipment, please skip it through the Delivery Schedule. If you choose to skip products individually, please make sure that each product in the shipment is modified accordingly. Any products that are not skipped will process and ship as scheduled.
  • Subscriptions must also be managed before the subscription processing date. Skipping on the same day when your order was processed WILL NOT stop an order if it has already been processed, which is why we send reminder emails 3 days before processing with direct links to manage your subscriptions.
