My Order Shipped To The Wrong Address
If your order is being shipped to the wrong address, please review our article, "Cancellations and Wrong Address Requests" and message our care team immediately at email@example.com. Your requests are best handled right away with the subject line "Cancel Order" or "Wrong Shipping Address."
Once an order is processed or shipped, we have no ability to reverse a delivery. Even though packages are out of our hands once USPS acquires them to deliver, we hope to help you with several potential solutions to choose from:
- Intercept Your Package Through USPS: Review USPS Package Intercept Rules & Eligibility for actions they can provide to intercept or forward your package to your delivery address with your tracking number.
- Forward Your Package By Contacting Your Delivery Address: If you're an acquaintance of this address (previous residence, family member, post office, work location, etc.), contact your connection directly to forward your package to your address. If you are not an acquaintance, you can contact a building manager, resident or real estate manager by searching the address in your browser.
- Pick Up Your Package In Person (If Possible): Sometimes, your package is right down the street! If your order delivers to a location drivable, we recommend contacting the location and/or picking it up in person.
- Request A Replacement For Non-Deliverable Address Locations: If your order's shipping address has an error, chances are it cannot be delivered and will be sent back to our warehouses in Henderson, NV. Your tracking number will most likely "Alert" you about this in these cases. Since there are no teas being delivered, contact our team at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can edit your address and send out a new package.
If these suggestions do not resolve your shipping issues, please get in touch with our team for further assistance at email@example.com.
Note: Pique is not responsible for any misdelivered packages or erroneous address deliveries outside our control, including unaddressed customer service requests or USPS service mistakes.
