Our teas can be kept at room temperature. Our sachets are designed to preserve and protect our teas from moisture, extreme temperatures, and environmental contamination.
Once a sachet is opened, the tea must be refrigerated and consumed within 1-3 days. Unopened teas will last 16-18 months past the expiration date listed on the carton.
