How do I return an order?
We want to ensure your Pique experience is exceptional and we offer a 100% customer happiness guarantee.
If, for any reason you don't love our teas and supplements, you can return your purchase within 90 days of receipt for a full refund. Please visit our Return Center to generate your shipping label (the fees are on us!). Please use the generated label to send us your purchased items. Your account will be refunded 3-10 business days after our warehouse receives your return. *If you have any trouble initiating a return, please double check that you're entering your entire order number and include the "S" at the beginning. If that doesn't help, please reach out to our Customer Experience team at care@piquelife.com.
We do not refund original shipping fees but do provide a free return label. This unfortunately does not cover international returns.
Refunds can only be applied to the original payment methods.
