How do I change the shipment date of my subscription?
- Log in to your subscription manager account, you can access this through our confirmation emails, by logging into your account on our website. On your Subscription orders, click “Manage Subscription” on the product you wish to update.
- Click “Next Charge Date”, change it through the pop-up calendar, and then click “Update Next Shipment Date”.
Please note: Every subscription item is marked as its own order. Please ensure you review your entire order to make sure you’ve made adjustments to all appropriate items.
