I forgot my password and cannot log in to my account, how do I do that?

  1. On the website, click the account button at the top right of the page.

  1. Click  “Forgot password”.

  1. Enter your email address and click on “Recover”. It should say “We have sent you an email with instructions to reset your password” after clicking.
  1. Go to your email, and find the subject “Customer account password reset”, then click on the “Reset your password” button.

  1. Enter your password twice then click “Reset”. You’re done!
