All our green and most herbal teas teas can indeed be dissolved in cold water, but hot water is required for our black and some herbal teas. We recommend you follow the brewing instructions on the box (ideal is 170F for green, white and oolong teas and 180F for black). If you'd like to make iced tea with our black and herbal teas, we suggest using a small amount (1oz) of hot water to dissolve the Tea Crystals first, then adding cold water and ice.
