How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking information. If you did not get your tracking information, please check your spam folder. If it's not there, please contact us at care@piquelife.com so we can help you find it.

If your order is missing, we're very sorry this happened! Please follow these steps:

  1. Check the tracking information provided in the email to verify your order is not still on its way.
  2. Check with your neighbors or your property manager to make sure no one took it by accident.
  3. If you still can't find it, make sure to tell us you completed steps 1 and 2 so we can skip these steps when you contact us. Submit a request to care@piquelife.com and include your phone number so that we may file a claim.

In most circumstances, we are able to quickly send a replacement. If you would like a refund instead, we will need to file the claim and receive the results from the carrier before proceeding.
